Some herbs and vegetables will have several varieties available. As the season progresses, we will describe the varieties
available to your weekly share. We have purchased seed from multiple seed companies in addition to the seed of more than 100
vegetables we saved from last season.

Of course these are predictions. Weather and nature (Mother Earth) will dictate which varieties are available each week.
As the season progresses, we will have a better idea of what veggies are ripening. The members page will then reflect those
veggies in season and allow for customized boxes. For instance, you would rather have a double portion of lettuce, you could
substitute that for shallots or another vegetable.
